Fill Out the New Client Form
Tell us a bit about you, your pets, and what kind of care you’re looking for. This gives us everything we need to set you up in our system and send you an invitation to our client portal (Time to Pet).
Get Onboarded
Once your portal is activated, you’ll be able to enter key info, request services, and communicate with us easily. We’ll review everything and reach out via email to schedule your complimentary Meet & Greet.
Meet & Greet Time!
We’ll come by to meet you and your pets in person. This is where we’ll:
Get to know your pet’s personality, routine, and special needs
Review your care agreement and answer any questions
Discuss your goals and preferences
Build a customized care plan just for you
Trial Service
After the Meet & Greet, we’ll schedule your first trial service to make sure everything runs smoothly. From there, we’ll finalize your ongoing schedule and services—tailored to your needs.
Plus, enjoy easy scheduling through the Time to Pet app!

We’re starting small, since we’re small, with only $100/month, but as Steppin’ Woof! grows, our impact will too. We’ve pledged to raise our donations every year, up to 5% of profits once we’re fully established, and to add more deserving charities to our donations list, ensuring every walk and sitting helps another pet find safety, warmth, and love.

Rise Above Animal Rescue
Steppin’ Woof! is proud to shine our very first Woof! Pack Spotlight on Rise Above Animal Rescue, a dedicated volunteer-run rescue based right here in Pasadena, Maryland.
Rise Above does incredible work for animals who have nowhere else to turn — rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs and cats from difficult situations. Every animal in their care receives medical attention, vaccinations, spay or neuter surgery, and — most importantly — love. They believe every life matters, and it shows in everything they do.
This organization holds a very special place in our hearts. Our own cats, Suki & Smoky, was rescued by Rise Above. When Smoky was found, she needed treatment for fleas and worms and the team made sure she got everything she needed to heal and thrive. Thanks to their care and compassion, Smoky now lives her best life — happy, healthy, and a little bit spoiled.
We’ve seen firsthand the dedication and heart that go into every rescue at Rise Above. They give animals not just shelter, but a real chance at a better life. Supporting them is our way of saying thank you — for saving our girl, and for all the lives they touch every single day.
